We all loved the food. The service was solid. It is cool how they have a rotation of specials. We got the Tuesday Tacos. They have burgers, fries, nachos, a few deli sandwiches, and matzo ball soup too! I really liked the tacos and nachos. There are lots of different choices for fries. But, by far, I think everyone's favorite thing was the churros!

Great prices, service and food. We had the loaded fries with chili and pulled brisket, the southern fried wings and the bratwurst with carmelized onions. The loaded fries were crispy, with the brisket tender and flavorful and the chili packing just the right punch. The wings were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and the bratwurst was delicious. The decor of the restaurant is funky and comfortable. All around, a great place!

Had a very good experience in this spot with my kids. The food comes quickly and the service is just awesome. Prices are affordable.

The night started out with some sliders and ended with some sweet, soft jazz. With an ambiance equivalent to watching a sunset over the Pacific, I never felt so at ease in my entire life. With a crisp beer in hand, the Disney trivia was both exhilarating and exciting. I would give this restaurant more than five stars and I thank the NY Brat Factory for being in existence and supplying me with an environment I would call a second home.

Coming from London I found this to be my go to place in NY for a filling delicious meal. Love the loaded fries!!!

Fantastic restaurant located in the middle of Manhattan. Service and pricing was very fare. Is a great place if you love sports, but also alot of fun for just a quick bite. Its also open late which is a huge plus. Beer on tap and your standard sports bar food is what's on the menu.

I really like this place. Comfort food that tastes good and is very reliable. Price point is a bit high ($6 for regular French Fries), but not unreasonable. Perhaps I’d feel it less if they had a burger with fries type of deal instead of everything being à la carte. Service is not great, and I’m happy to see they’ve moved away from waiter service, which was not working out for them.

They're serious about their quality. I can't remember the last time I had corned beef that was so delicious. The Reuben is classic and just superb. The menu is meticulously on theme and I can't wait to go back soon.

My first visit here was very good: a place to go for quick bite of something you wouldn't make at home (loaded chili fries - bratwurst). Service was quick and excellent. Priced on the high side but, hey, it is New York City. Latest visit was disappointing. Service was slow, order not quite right, food mediocre, and bill very high.

Great food , reasonable prices..if willing to walk a few blocks from UWS

Food = B+. hot dog was poor but burger, fries, and wings were good.Service = D. waiter forgot or did not understand about my daughter's allergy and when a different person brought the food he said he knew nothing about it. It went down hill from there. It wasn't just the allergy issue. The tables beside us were also upset about the poor service in other ways. Still, if you want to trade anaphylactic shock for a good Burger this is the place.

A great place w delicious food and good service. We try to come here as much as we can. The best menu items include the spicy chorizo sausage, chili dog (get the chili on the side so that your bread doesn't get soggy), fries, chips & guac, nachos, chicken tenders, pulled brisket spring roll, 3-bean chili, shredded meat, Caesar salad with chicken, cauliflower, loaded fries, and the wings. Avoid the bratwurst, poppers, shredded chicken, chicken soup, and baby kale (chickpea) salad.

Great food, quick service with a great ambience for families and small groups

Nice person at the front. The mashgiach knows what’s going on. $3 beers. The owner and his friends are really friendly. I had the nachos without the chili. Very good. The size of the serving was a little small but probably the normal serving size. I would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone.

The food was really good. We all enjoyed it but for a casual place it was very very overpriced

We heard great things about this joint so I starved myself for a week before making a 6pm reservation here along with my crew of 14. We got 2 of each on the menu. My boys took me out in a uhaul and I slept for 2 weeks. Solid situation here. Recommend.

Steak sandwich was awesome. Prices are reasonable. Good simple fare. Not fancy but really good.

Updated review from a month ago. So my initial review about one month ago, stated that NY Brat Factory did not have proper treatment of their longtime customers. This evening my family and I went there for dinner, not only were we greeted properly by Christian, we were treated with the upmost respect and or apologize to numerous times. As always, their food is unbelievable, the atmosphere is beautiful and finally, the treatment of the customers has gone back to its original way which is perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Absolutely incredible! Ordered the loaded fries, chili dog and bratwurst. Everything was HEAVENLY!! It exceeded my expectations. Didn't know you can make a chili dog, bratwurst and french fries (with incredible brisket) taste that good and special. The brat factory is reasonably priced, staff was extremely friendly, place was clean, bathrooms were spotless and everything was wheelchair accessible. Bottom line - great place to hang out for lunch or dinner with friends and family. You'll leave really satisfied with a great desire to go back. Worth a special trip from mid or downtown. Will definitely be going back. A lot.

Definitely delicious but a bit pricey for what you get

Family and I loved it. Lots of fun options beyond burgers and sausages. Quality, fresh food. Friendly service. Easy ordering on the tablets by the counter. Unpretentious. Fair prices. We will definitely go back. A keeper! (Much better value and experience than New Amsterdam Burger)

Very good service, atmosphere, and most importantly, great food. I recommend the Loaded Fries.

There's a waiter there that is so incredibly nice. 5 stars just for that guy.The food is great, though a bit expensive. Very nice and classy atmosphere, matches the pricing. Food portions are bigger than you'd expect, and you get free water and pickles.

I love this restaurant. The food is fresh and great, and the prices are fair. If you are looking for a nice casual spot for a relaxed meal, this is the place to go. I especially like their vegan cheese burger. It was great, as were there wings.

I had the pleasure of going to the brat factory last week with a buddy for dinner. I was very impressed with the friendly demeanor of the young lady behind the counter. Not only was she extra nice, but like many other good, quality, food establishments, she didn't take our business for granted. The young lady took our order, and 7 minutes later the food was infront of us. The food was not only delicious, it was served with a smile. The experience was fantastic, and I look forwards to going back again soon.

Great food. Casual place. I've been several times and loved it each time. I've had they chicken Caesar wrap and the jalapeno dog. Both excellent! I highly recommend it.

Still a great place. Three of us went. We had a bunch of different apps, and mains. The chili is fantastic. So is the fried cauliflower. Naturally, the burgers are amazing. Everything was excellent. (Do keep in mind, this is a kosher place, so no cheeseburgers (or any dairy).)I must point out the service here is incredible. It's worth coming here just because how nice the people are.

Really good kosher meat restuarant. They have their own sausage products. Loaded fries with brisket is great. Fried oreos dessert is incredible. Burger was very good.

Great food! Seasonal menu keeps it interesting. New seating area is awesome for a sit down meal. I like all the salads, my husband loves the jalapeno hot dog. Also, a friend catered a meal with their food and everything was great. Reasonable kosher food prices.
